We're growing two companies at once — and we're hiring for three licensed roles in Orlando.

🏦 **Loan Assistant** (MortgageHouz) — active mortgage license required. Support loan officers with documentation, scheduling, and client communication.

🏦 **Loan Processor** (MortgageHouz) — active mortgage license required. Manage loan files from application through underwriting to closing.

🏠 **Real Estate Assistant** (FRE Associates) — active real estate license required. Background in transaction coordinating, keeping contracts moving from executed to closed.

Bith roles: salary plus commission, 25–35 hours a week, and a full tech stack from day one (MyHomeIQ, MRE365, Datalist, BoldTrail, Follow Up Boss, MojoSells, Listings to Leads).
