So, in this photo of the Seahorse Sanctuary condo, you can see that the kitchen was totally closed off before (and dark). We opened up the wall and added some bright blue cabinets to go with the waterside feel in this Airbnb rental.
Painted cabinets, gold hardware, butcher block counters, and a clean white backsplash.

Two twin beds, layered textiles, matching art, and window treatments = instant polish.
This is the second bedroom in 'Seahorse Sanctuary', one of the rental condos we have in St Petersburg. I loved creating the little cabana hut accent around the window. But most of all love the memories that can be made in this condo since this room sleeps 4 and the master sleeps 2. We've had fun here with our family trips.

Same kitchen. Totally different vibe.
Painted cabinets + new counters + recessed lights = instantly modernized!
Did you notice we didn't change the cabinets at all? They were in good shape and solid wood, so we were able to save a lot of money by painting them. We added new pulls and focused our spending on nice new Fantasy Brown granite countertops, a large square open sink, and large faucet (modern but one I found at a crazy low price). Paint + floors =
From dated to done ✅
This is another bedroom in the condo reno to rent. Again they had carpet in just half of the room. So, paint, flooring, baseboards, and a new fan went a long way. Also, notice how much just upgrading the outlets helps the room. It's something we do in all of our renovations because it makes a quick, inexpensive, and undeniable change to the room.
