Orlando Equity is currently hiring for a Maintenance Technician to help manage the general maintenance and curb appeal of the condo community and other HOA's we manage. We are looking for someone to enjoys being hands-on and helping.

Responsibilities

The responsibilities of the Maintenance Technician are as follows:

- Troubleshoot and preform all necessary repairs to the condo community, including plumbing, painting and carpentry, as well as installing new appliances as needed.
- Ensure resident requested service orders are completed on a timely basis.
- Assist in maintaining the exterior of the property to provide clean and acceptable curb appeal at all times. (we do have a landscape company)
- Pool certified for cleaning and checking chemical levels daily.
- Comply with all OSHA regulations and health, safety and environmental laws.
- Additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications.

The qualifications of the Maintenance Technician are as follows:

- A minimum of 2 years of related experience.
- Excellent verbal and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, stay organized and meet deadlines.
- Must be able to lift up to 100 lbs.
- Able to be on-call for responding to after-hour emergencies or fire walks when need be.
- A valid drivers license is required.
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must have some tools required for their trade.
