Recently, ICE has begun detaining individuals at airports while traveling domestically based on passenger data, making it even more important for you to know your status before you travel. Many visa holders have traveled domestically without knowing they were out of status. This flyer will help you understand the risks of traveling domestically and how best to avoid them.

BREAKING:
Domestic Travel: ICE Enforcement in domestic airports!

Please be careful. If your status is expiring, has expired, or you have a case pending with CIS to extend status, with NO PHYSICAL PROOF OF STATUS, please be cautious when traveling domestically and internationally. Regardless of whether you are lawfully in the United States and simply have a case pending, ICE is detaining individuals while wearing civilian clothes at the TSA check-in points. Please be sure that if you are traveling, your status is current and you have physical proof of such.
