Competent guidance and advocacy on the Federal Employees Compensation Act and EEO discrimination complaints.
Filing a Federal Workers' Compensation claim can be a complicated process. Filing your paperwork properly is crucial to ensuring you get the benefits you deserve. The paperwork is often confusing and the agency usually offers little guidance on the correct course of action to the employee. Remember, they represent the agency, not you. The lack of knowledge in this arena of law often leads to your claim being denied. The claimant is then left dealing with the medical bill and collection issues, and having to use leave or leave without pay for any time missed from work. When you are hurt and in pain, it is difficult to understand the process and what is needed in order to submit your claim on time and acquire the benefits needed to cover the medical costs. Know your rights, let our office help you in reducing anxiety and mental stress associated with being injured.
