Congratulations to Chattanooga Industrial Automotive Fire Fighters Union Local I-104, who UNANIMOUSLY ratified their FIRST-EVER COLLECTIVE BARGAINING AGREEMENT with Rural Metro Fire servicing Volkswagen Group of America!

Major highlights include 27% pay increases over 3 years, a “just cause” disciplinary procedure, and guaranteed 5-person minimum staffing.

Members of Local I-104 protect employees at Volkswagen’s Chattanooga manufacturing facility who are represented by the UAW International Union.

Last night was a big win for IAFF Local 2339. The City Commission unanimously approved the MOA securing a 4% step advancement for our firefighters and newly promoted Engineers and Lieutenants.
