I’m a little late in posting for 2026 after a rocky start with a vehicle accident which resulted in a “new to me” car and severe cold here in Orlando that caused a myriad of things as one can imagine and temps reached down into the 20’s. Our 🍊 industry has been severely impacted and many dead palm 🌴trees is saddening.
Every day this year has been adventurous so far. If thats any insight to how the year will flow, I look forward to rest of year and to making a difference for our area businesses.
👏 As I embark on my new journey - special thanks to Saunders Real Estate leadership for the education and growth in learning true deep dive analysis of commercial properties and owner benefits which has prepared me for my next entrepreneurship venture. Im always looking at the next great idea and applying it to our work - ask anyone who knows me!
I will be primary in Melbourne, Viera, Cocoa Beach and Cocoa Village along with East Orlando since im right in the middle. I will continue towards obtaining broker license and ccim courses to stay current.

Partnerships are building and truly excited to be a part of this new opportunity to make a difference in another new way. You’ll find me “ in the village” more than Orlando this year.

I never select easy or small - the hard work has already begun just as in any new business and the focus will be on building partners and serving client requirements, not social media. For those that may be visiting for first time, I bring a unique background to commercial real estate where I fold in my background skills in government contracts, project management and CRM analysis to help local Space Coast companies expand their footprint, search for space or sell their investment properties. And new ones exploring the benefits / incentives of moving here. Reminding my colleagues ive been here since 1991 and I know the area well. I’m passionate about seeing a business launch 🚀 whether new or expanding location! The area is thriving with new food, technologies and hotel developments.
