Business Litigation Associate (Minimum 3–4 Years of Experience)
We are seeking a thoughtful and ambitious Litigation Associate with litigation experience to join our growing firm. We are looking for lawyers who do not need or want to be micromanaged. We offer a variety of work, ranging from complex litigation in federal and business courts to smaller collection matters. We are looking for lawyers who want to take part in large-scale litigation as part of a team while also running their own smaller cases.
Our core values are courage, candor, and persistence. Part of the firm's goal is to develop lawyers who are drawn to those core values and help them grow into lawyers who are fearless in litigation, radically honest with their clients, and never stop trying to figure out the problems.
We are looking for lawyers who want to grow in these areas as practitioners and are ambitious about building their own books of business. We want to hire someone who wants to be an equity partner here one day. Experience in complex bankruptcy matters is a plus, as that practice area is a share of the firm's business, but that experience is not a requirement, as there is plenty of commercial litigation work to do here.
