"Hey everyone! I have a couple questions. I'm getting ready to start the process of starting my business with my spouse. I've been reading and watching videos about starting an LLC and now I'm wondering what business structure suits us best and how to go about it. I'm a little confused if it needs to be an LLC or LLP. We want equal ownership to our business since we both have been equally coming out with our business plan and business name. can I run my business as an LLC and both of us have equal ownership, or would I have to do the business as an LLP? Also, we want to use our LLC name for a couple of different business like..(e-commerce, Airbnb, vending machines, and more) would it be possible for us run all these businesses under one LLC name?"
