There’s a reason we named our AI assistant Oleira. 🕯️

When our team set out to name this tool, we didn't want something trendy or tech-focused.
We wanted a name that represented the heart of how we serve our agents.

We landed on Oleira—the Portuguese word for "the potter." What made it even more meaningful is that it carries the exact same meaning as my own last name, Dupper.

That wasn't a coincidence.

Our team intentionally chose a name that reflects the foundation KJ Transactions was built on.

A potter takes raw materials and, with patience, precision, and care, shapes them into
something strong and dependable. That's exactly what we strive to do with every transaction. We take the moving pieces, the deadlines, the details, and the unexpected challenges, and shape them into a smooth, protected experience for our agents and their
clients.

The care we put into choosing the name Oleira is the same care we put into every file that comes through our doors. Every detail is handled with purpose. Every transaction is treated as if it were our own.
