Most buyers start out thinking the house is the whole game.

Then they find one they love…

but it’s 20 minutes too far from where they actually spend their time, the school district doesn’t work, or the location just doesn’t fit their real life.

That’s usually when it hits.

In real estate, most of the time you’re picking two out of three:

The price
The location
The house you had pictured in your head

So I’m curious…

Real estate can humble you quickly with a grueling work schedule. Days, nights, weekends, holidays…sometimes there’s no break! But I love it!
