Marina Sushi & Korean Cuisine officially opens on Saturday, August 8, 2026!
To celebrate this special milestone, we'd love to invite everyone in the community to our Grand Opening Celebration from 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM! So mark y'all's calendars!
❤️ A Community Buffet – On the House!
As our way of saying thank you to Oriental for welcoming us with such kindness, we'll be serving a complimentary buffet for everyone to enjoy. While the meal is free, we'll have a donation station available for anyone who wishes to contribute. Every dollar donated will go right back into supporting our local community and future community initiatives.
This restaurant was built with the hope of being more than just a place to eat—we want it to be a place where people gather, connect, and give back.
A few things to know before you come:
✨ Please give us grace.
This is our very first day serving the public, and while we've worked incredibly hard to prepare, we know there will be opportunities to learn and improve. Your patience, encouragement, and understanding will mean the world to our team.
🥢 Buffet & Food Allergies
Our grand opening buffet will be self-serve. If you have any food allergies or dietary concerns, please do not serve yourself. Instead, find one of our team members wearing a Marina shirt, and we'll be happy to assist you and answer any questions about ingredients.
🍶 Alcohol Update
We know many of you have been looking forward to enjoying a drink with your meal. Unfortunately, we're still waiting for our ABC license to be approved. Until then, our grand opening celebration—and our restaurant—will be alcohol-free.
While we're disappointed too, we appreciate your understanding and promise we're doing everything we can to complete the process as quickly as possible. We look forward to celebrating that milestone with you very soon!
🧹 Evening Service
Following the buffet, we'll close from 3:00 PM – 5:00 PM to clean, reset, and prepare for dinner service.
🍽️ We'll reopen at 5:00 PM for our regular dinner menu and normal business hours.
From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for believing in us. Every message, prayer, encouraging word, and act of kindness has helped bring us to this day. We truly cannot wait to welcome you through our doors.
