The PLCB, in response to the ending of Governor Wolf’s Emergency Declaration, has immediately terminated licensees ability to sell in temporarily extended (outside) licensed areas. On top of that, they are ending cocktails to-go. All out of nowhere. The PLCB is back to its COVID-ways.
