Well, I went to an interview for a job yesterday... I know, youโre shocked ๐ฒ
When the hiring manager asked what I wanted for compensation๐ฐ I replied......
1) First I would like commission๐ฒ on everything I sell and I want to see that percentage grow exponentially โฌ as I improve.
2) I would also like the opportunity to receive free ๐๐ข trips, and unlimited bonuses paid in full, based on my performance.
3) I expect you to provide me with my own website, marketing materials, and provide free online training accessible all over the ๐.
4) When I bring in any new sales people ๐ซ, your company's system will train them. I will serve as their support, and I deserve a bonus and to be compensated ๐ฐ a percentage of our collective sales and the sales of any new people they bring in.
5) I would like the opportunity to rapidly advance within the company ๐.
6) When I do well..... lots of praise ๐, recognition ๐, and more bonuses ๐ฐ.
7) I would like my friends ๐ญ and family ๐ช to work here with me.
๐ By the way, I need to set my own schedule,๐
and only work when it suits me and my family.
So when can I start?!?!
