Why it's so important to hire an ACS-CHAL Lawyer-Scientist when charged with DWI...Last week we had a very tough trial with a charge of .198 BAC. But within an hour of closing arguments fair jurors of Orange County came back with a NOT GUILTY verdict due to unreliable blood tests and poor police work by officers involved. The Mitchell Law Firm would like to thank those jurors along with the visiting judge, for giving our client a fair trial. Because of the fairness of the process, our client was given her good name back!

Thank you to the 9th court of appeals for giving this young lady her good name back and reversing her conviction for a crime she was innocent of.
