After a long back and forth with the state, we were able to secure a dismissal for a client on his DWI w/ >.15 BAC allegation, who (although here legally) would likely have been deported to his home country if he had plead out or been convicted. I want to thank the Orange County District Attorney's office for ensuring that Justice was done due to bad police and lab work. A good man now has his good name back!

Why it's so important to hire an ACS-CHAL Lawyer-Scientist when charged with DWI...Last week we had a very tough trial with a charge of .198 BAC. But within an hour of closing arguments fair jurors of Orange County came back with a NOT GUILTY verdict due to unreliable blood tests and poor police work by officers involved. The Mitchell Law Firm would like to thank those jurors along with the visiting judge, for giving our client a fair trial. Because of the fairness of the process, our client was given her good name back!

If you're charged with DWI, you'll want a Lawyer-Scientist on your side that understands the many ways the state can mess up the breath and blood test. The BAC on your lab papers are LIKELY NOT YOUR ACTUAL RESULTS. Many times we see falsely elevated results that can result in wrongful conviction!
