Do you want to know if you are eligible to bring your foreign fiance into America? Generally speaking to bring a foreign fiance into America, the foreign fiance must have a K-1 Visa.

To be eligible for a K-1 visa the following must be met:
1. The intended spouse is a U.S citizen;
2. The foreign fiance and U.S citizen are legally able to marry;
3. Both have the intent to marry within 90 days of the foreign fiance arrival to the U.S; AND;
4. The two (2) must have at least met each other at least once within the two (2) years of applying for the petition.
