Thank you to Oneonta Middle School and Mrs./Coach Phillips having me speak on Constitution Day. We covered an overview of the Constitution and some of the ways Constitutional issues are decided today. The kids then played the roles of attorneys and appellate judges by arguing/deciding a hypothetical case using the text of an amendment.

The students’ demonstrated some very sound and creative legal reasoning!
