How early should you contact your real estate agent when you want to sell your house? It depends! I typically say the earlier, the better. I first started chatting with these homeowners over one year prior to us selling their house.

The truth is, prepping your house for a successful sale in involves a bit more than just “decluttering” and “depersonalizing.” For these homeowners, it included some house repairs… Some larger than others… And they wanted to be proactive with the prep work.
