USCIS has announced that Salvadorans with TPS can continue working "until such announcement is made" regarding the termination of the program, in spite of the expiration of all work permits yesterday. Please provide this information to your employers.

Our office will be closed on December 24, 25, and 26th to celebrate the holidays and give our staff a well-deserved break. We will also be closed on January 1st and 2nd to ring in the New Year. We wish everybody a safe, peaceful, joyous holiday season and we are looking forward to 2026!
