Baird Holm attorneys Jeremy Hollembeak and Kira Strandquest recently secured a $38 million judgment for one of the firm’s international clients.

The judgment, entered by the Supreme Court of the State of New York, combined, domesticated, and rendered enforceable in the U.S. a series of Brazilian court judgments against a Brazilian company and its controlling shareholder, a high-net-worth individual with commercial and personal ties to the U.S.

This result enables the client to continue advancing its cross-border collection efforts.
