Two recent settlements for $85,000 and $175,000 on behalf of employees who were sexually harassed - It doesn’t turn back the clock and it can’t fully right the wrongs, but it’s what the system uses to compensate those who are harmed. It would be far better if employers thought twice before violating anti-discrimination laws.

Select cases from 2018: a $300,000+ settlement on behalf of a client with race discrimination and retaliation claims; a $60,000 settlement on behalf of a client with sexual harassment and retaliation case; two settlements for public records act violations against public entities, and numerous successful employment benefits appeals. And of course, there is the ongoing work for clients with employment discrimination claims in litigation, which can be lengthy and labor-intensive. I have faith in the rule of law, I believe in my clients, and I fight for what's right.
