Fall is upon us, with the sun moving south and now rising directly behind Mount Rainier.

We truly enjoy providing One Lawyer services, where we help both sides of divorces and other family law issues. We can do this only when both parties trust each other to be truthful and both parties follow the rule that all communication with me and our office are simultaneously shared with the other person. Hot weather is still not normal here in the Northwest and we have to adjust our expectations and activities. Divorce is not normal for anyone (not even for divorce lawyers) and adjustments can be looked at from different perspectives. Finding things to enjoy more (like being cool or free of arguments) is a wise way to cope. Reducing the anxiety and stress with a good lawyer's help is another.

I'm writing a book about the One Lawyer process I created and have been doing since 2004. It's a great way to resolve your family law case in a civilized way with both people acting like grownups and working together with One Lawyer for the lowest cost, financial and emotional.
