Everyone wants top dollar. Nobody wants to hear the price it takes to get there. 💅

Let’s be honest: “let’s just list it high and see what happens” is not a pricing strategy, it’s a vibe. And vibes don’t pay your mortgage for the 4 extra months your house sits on the market while buyers scroll right past it wondering what’s wrong with it.

Spoiler: nothing was wrong with it. You just priced it like it was 2022.

Some agents will say whatever it takes to get the sign in the yard. That is not how we operate.

At Liz Anderson Properties we believe you deserve the truth — even when it is not what you want to hear. Inflated price to beat out other agents? No. Phone photos instead of professional ones? Absolutely not. Telling you not to prep your home? Never. Going quiet when things get complicated? That is when we show up the most.

Selling your home is one of the biggest financial decisions of your life and you deserve an agent who treats it that way — as a life change, not just a transaction.

This one goes out to everyone in Olympia who’s over the renovation life 🫶

I genuinely can’t stop thinking about this cul-de-sac home. Four years ago, I personally wrote an offer on this exact house. It didn’t work out then, but now I’m the listing agent, and I get to help someone else fall in love with it.

If you’re new here, welcome! 👋

I’ve had over 150 new followers join since June, so I wanted to take a minute to properly introduce myself.

I’m Liz Anderson, Olympia real estate advisor and dog mom to Harper. I’m really glad you found your way to my little corner of the internet.

This is where I share the things that matter most to me… helping people feel confident in their next chapter, showing you what life in Olympia actually feels like, and making the buying and selling process way less overwhelming. We celebrate often around here, whether it’s a new listing, a closing, or just a good week.

I got into real estate after a 20 year career as a social worker. Moving back to my hometown of Olympia meant a pivot to real estate, and I thought it would be a totally different job. I was wrong. It’s still about showing up for people, just now I get to open the door to their next chapter instead of guiding them through it.
