JUST SOLD 🏡🌊

Congratulations to my wonderful buyers who traded Texas for the Washington coast! They found a beautiful new construction home in Ocean Shores, and now retirement officially comes with ocean breezes and beach walks.

We negotiated $12,500 in seller concessions plus inspection repairs, so they could move in with peace of mind and more money in their pocket.

My sister and I took the nieces and nephews to Seabrook last weekend, and they came with a list. 🌊
Their official top five are in the slides, but the weekend was full of bonus moments too. Ice cream. The arcade. S’mores by the fire. The girls tried out the new Lips & Lids shop, and everyone came home with either a new lip gloss or a baseball cap they designed themselves. Breakfast was pancakes piled with berries, lemon curd, and fresh whipped cream. Afternoons were for reading on the porch, and for some of us (me) a quick nap.
This is what Seabrook does best. It slows everyone down long enough to actually be together.

I get this question a lot. Which Seabrook home is actually the best value right now?

I ran the numbers on all 34 active listings with 3+ bedrooms, and this one is my answer. 5 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, 2,598 square feet, $519.63 per square foot. The lowest-priced 5-bedroom home in all of Seabrook, with a strong rental history and the option to add a carriage house.

For a beach town where every square foot comes at a premium, this one earns a serious second look.
