Congratulations to my wonderful client/friend and now former neighbor on the sale of her house! 🏡

We are super proud of all the hard work and dedication she had for this home which made the sale sooo easy for her.
We wish her the best and love the new house. Definitely not a drive I enjoy (I-70) but it wasn't too bad. 😜

After a moving company error- I have to thank my husband and boys for stepping in and helping her pack a trailer and another truck and my husband taking the wheel of said truck and offering to drive it to her new house 5+ hours away. (10+ hrs round trip)

Today was Closing Day!
My sister, Shannon and Ty sold their home- bought a camper and joined the "Camper Life" community. (We talked about this a couple of years ago and they finally pulled the trigger.)

I'm so happy for them and hope they finally get to start living a little simpler life! They certainly deserve it.
