1. The friend's legal name, date of birth, and location of incarceration.
2. The information for the best point of contact.
3. A brief summary of what you understand happened / what they were charged with.
4. Upcoming court dates & times.
5. Any other cases or criminal history you are aware of.
6. Information on urgent medical needs, if they are the primary support/care giver of a dependent, or whether they will lose their job due to incarceration.
