Meet your attorneys:
Seth Von Tungeln (L)
Seth grew up on a dairy farm in central Oklahoma, where he developed a strong work ethic and a creative way of figuring out how to solve uncommon problems. At 21, Seth joined the Air Force, spending a large portion of his time overseas, earning various medals, ribbons, and awards, including the National Defense Service Medal. After his service in the military Seth attended Oklahoma State University in Oklahoma City, receiving his associates degree in Public Service and then continued on to the University of Central Oklahoma where he received his bachelor’s degree in Political Science, with an emphasis on legal studies. After graduation Seth attended Oklahoma City University School of Law, graduating in 2009 with his Juris Doctor.
Seth is currently admitted to practice in Federal Court in the Northern, Eastern and Western Districts of Oklahoma, as well as all District and Municipal courts throughout Oklahoma. Seth is currently a member of the Oklahoma Bar Association, the Oklahoma County Bar Association and the Oklahoma Bar Association Family Law Section. He primarily practices in the areas of Bankruptcy and Family Law.
Daniel Matthew (R)
Prior to pursuing his career as an attorney, Daniel earned an undergraduate degree in Finance and a Masters Degree in Economics from Wichita State University. After graduation he was a Professor of Economics at Newman University in Wichita, KS for three years. He then attended law school at the University of Oklahoma where he was a multiple time honor roll recipient, participated in moot court and wrote for the Oklahoma Journal of Law and Technology.
Daniel is currently admitted to practice in Federal Court in the Western District of Oklahoma and in State Court throughout the state of Oklahoma. Daniel is currently a member of the Oklahoma Bar, the Oklahoma County Bar Association and the OCDLA. He currently practices in the areas of Bankruptcy, Criminal Law and Family Law.
