If you receive a "Monetary Determination for Unemployment Benefits" in the mail and you did not file for unemployment benefits, you have been a victim of identity theft. There are several steps you need to correct it. 1. Send an email to: [email protected]. 2. Call OCPD and file a report. Get a report number. 3. Fill out this report, sign it, and email it to the Attorney General's office.http://www.oag.ok.gov/…/ima…/Unemployment%20Fraud%20Form.pdf
4. Call the big "3" credit report agencies. You should only need to call one and they notify the others, but I wouldn't count on it. The contact numbers for the credit reporting agencies are in the picture attached. 5. Lastly, if you need help with any of this PM me, or call the office, and I will assist.

I had a great experience yesterday! As an attorney, a lot of what I see are the downside of life, families breaking apart, children in DHS custody, etc. However, yesterday, I was able to make a long-standing family complete!

I love doing adoptions - step-parent, adult, and children! Making a family complete is the best part of what I do!!

My practice is limited to family law for the most part, but I do take on criminal cases whenever possible. I believe in protecting your rights! No matter the charge against you, you still deserve to have your rights protected in the process. So often when someone is arrested it is a very low point in one's life. When that happens, remember you have rights! I am the just the one to step in protect those rights.

I’m running across a lot of people telling stories of less than fair treatment in tribal courts in divorce and custody cases when one parent/spouse is a member and the other is not.

If you are not a member of the tribe, you don’t have to submit to tribal jurisdiction. Speak with an attorney before you take any action. Make sure you hire an attorney with experience in tribal court, if you choose proceed.

Driving is a privilege that we all take for granted. Don't lose your privilege!!! Driving under the influence (DUI) or driving while impaired (DWI) in our state comes with heavy consequences. Pursuant to Oklahoma laws, you are legally considered “intoxicated” when your blood alcohol content (BAC) is at 0.08%. Depending on the circumstances, you could face:

Fines
Jail time
License suspension or even revocation

There are very specific deadlines that must be met to retain your driving privileges to get to work, etc. Call me for affordable representation.
