Today we would like to spotlight Attorney A. Daniel Woska, Of Counsel:
Attorney Woska attended the University of Oklahoma where he was a member of Delta Tau Delta. He received his B.A. in History then began working on his Master’s Degree in History when he decided that law school was the way to go. More recently, Dan received him L.L.M. in Tax Law from Boston University.
He engages in a wide range of legal practice but engaged in estate planning, trust litigation, guardianships, probate, and will contests as well as other types of litigation. Attorney Woska has been an Arbitrator since 1986 and has conducted and served as counsel on over 100 arbitrations.
While actively litigating and arbitrating cases over the last thirty-eight years, Mr. Woska has joined and been a member of the American Bar Association, Oklahoma and Oklahoma County Bar Associations, serving as Chairman or Vice-Chairman of numerous committees, including Young Lawyers, Legal Ethics and Alternative Dispute Resolution. He has also been a member of the American Association for Justice where he has served as Chairman of the Financial Securities Arbitration and Litigation Group, as well as the Christian Legal Society and PIABA.
