I’m tired and look haggard, but so thankful! God is so good to me! 🙌🏻 As realtors we are terrible at showing the hard work that goes into listing a home….the right way.
We show you what a weeks (or a month) worth of a project looks like. All shiny and pretty like it was always that way. But the owners work hard getting it ready (usually) is only the start. Then I supervise all the tradesmen needed for touch ups. The home is then cleaned and if vacant, I soft stage it myself. I meet the photographer for pictures, yard signs up and directional signs out. Then do everything to get the listing out there on every platform and begin marketing it so it will sell quickly!
This week I did 3 vacant listings!!!! Whew 🤪
Does every realtor do this? No!
Some do, but most don’t. They let the home look like empty and whatever it looks like. Many take the pictures on their phone! That is not what my clients deserve and it’s not what they pay us for.
I work hard to present my listings the best they can look. It’s not easy. But it’s the right thing to do. Even if I look like a haggard sailor at the end🤣🤣 But God always brings us buyers! And I’m thankful!!
