We are pleased to welcome Brooke Boutwell-Day to Bass Law. Brooke brings extensive experience in civil litigation, family law disputes, and criminal defense. Her legal career includes public service as an Assistant Attorney General for the State of Washington and as a Deputy District Attorney in Colorado. Her experience as a former prosecutor gives her extensive courtroom experience at every stage of litigation, including jury selection and expert witness testimony.

An Oklahoma native and proud member of the Choctaw Nation, Brooke is a 2015 honors graduate of the University of Tulsa and a 2018 graduate of Wake Forest School of Law.
