This marks an unprecedented moment in history! Gateways Music Festival Orchestra, the first all-Black classical symphony, debuts at Carnegie Hall, a milestone in its 130-year history. The concert at Carnegie Hall was held on April 24, 2022, which served as the conclusion of the 6-day festival in different venues in Rochester and New York City. The orchestra showcased a full concert and engage in chamber recitals, open rehearsals, professional development, lectures, panel discussions, and film screenings.
