Inspection, repairs, and negotiating the correct way (even when the other party isn't doing it the correct way) is critical to protect your client and protect your business. 🔐

This is a snippet from recent case law in Oklahoma discussing a buyer asking for "non-TRR" items on their TRR. 🛠️

Is it a breach of contract? 🤔

The Court said, "We find nothing in the contract prohibits buyers from putting 'non-TRR' items on their TRR list..." 😲
