New blog post to start out the new year.
The national conversation about how many people we incarcerate often overlooks the actual mechanics of how people end up sentenced to prison. In my post, I briefly discuss the more popular issue of drug sentencing before going into what I think is the biggest factor in incarceration (from my experience): the revocation and acceleration of probation sentences.
