I am truly humbled to be named one of the Top 50 Lawyers in Oklahoma in the 2025 Oklahoma Super Lawyers list.

McIntyre Law, P.C., is now taking bad faith insurance claims resulting from storm damage to your homes and properties. Message and/or call me and let us level the playing field when your insurance company does not do what they are supposed to do.

As we all know, living in Oklahoma means dealing with severe weather - we're right in the heart of Tornado Alley with more tornadoes per square mile than any other state. After seeing too many of our neighbors get unfairly treated by insurance companies following storm damage, our firm is now taking on insurance bad faith cases for storm damage claims.

🚩 RED FLAGS: When Your Insurance Company May Be Acting in
Bad Faith

If you've filed a storm damage claim and experienced ANY of these, it's time to call us:

Unreasonable Delays or Denials:

• Your valid claim was denied without a good reason
• They're taking forever to process your claim without
explanation
• They denied your claim citing policy clauses that don't
actually apply to your situation

Poor Investigation Practices:

• They didn't properly investigate your claim before
denying it
• They're demanding irrelevant documents just to delay the
process
• They won't communicate with you or return your calls

Lowball Tactics:

• They offered you significantly less than your claim is
worth
• They're trying to pressure you into accepting a settlement
that doesn't cover your actual damages
• They altered your policy terms AFTER you filed your claim
