This beautiful home is officially SOLD and what a journey it was…

Did it take a little longer than we originally expected??? Yep.

Did we have to stay patient, adjust, strategize, and keep pushing??? Absolutely.

But our sellers trusted the process, stayed the course and in the end, it paid off. We received multiple offers, negotiated a great outcome and today we get to celebrate a successful closing together.

People think REALTORS® spend their days showing houses. And yes, some days I do.

But the reality? Most days look a lot more like this…

The morning started in the garden, watering tomatoes and flowers before settling in to tackle a little work. Then it was off to the gym for leg day, which felt like a great idea until I had to walk up and down stairs the rest of the day. Haha!

After a car wash and breakfast, the real juggling act began.

Texts. Emails. Phone calls. Contracts. Laundry. A quick shower and makeup. More texts. More emails. More phone calls.

In the middle of it all, I got to do one of my favorite things—change a listing from ACTIVE to UNDER CONTRACT. Those are the moments that make all the behind-the-scenes work worth it.

The afternoon was filled with more client conversations, problem-solving, follow-ups and a drive to a listing appointment. Then it was back home for content creation, answering the messages that piled up while I was gone and tying up loose ends before finally sitting down for dinner.

By the end of the day, I squeezed in a few minutes to relax before crawling into bed and getting ready to do it all again tomorrow.

Real estate isn’t just showing homes and putting signs in yards. It’s serving people, solving problems, managing details and being available when your clients need you.

It’s busy.

✨ CLOSED & CELEBRATING! ✨

This one wasn’t exactly a walk in the park… There were twists, turns, unexpected hurdles and more than a few moments where everyone had to dig deep and keep moving forward.

But today? We celebrate.

Our sellers showed incredible patience, grace, trust and determination throughout the entire process and we are beyond grateful they allowed us to walk this journey with them.

A huge shoutout to the buyer’s agent as well. Having a true professional on the other side of the transaction makes all the difference when challenges arise and teamwork absolutely helped get this one across the finish line.

This closing is a BIG accomplishment and we couldn’t be happier for our sellers as they begin their next chapter.

And while we’re celebrating our sellers today, we’re also so excited for the buyers! They are getting an absolutely incredible home in an amazing setting and we hope it brings them years of happiness, memories, laughter and everything that makes a house feel like home.

🇺🇸🏡 Starting this new month STRONG with another happy family at the closing table! 🏡🇺🇸

There’s nothing better than handing over the keys to an amazing family and helping them start their next chapter. This awesome Air Force family of FIVE officially closed on their new home, and we couldn’t be more excited for them! Between military moves, busy schedules and raising three teenaged kiddos, they had a lot on their plate, but they handled it all like champs. We’re so grateful they trusted us to help guide them through the process. Not only are they incredible clients, they’re genuinely wonderful people and getting to be part of their journey was an absolute honor. This is exactly why we love what we do.
