My real estate business is growing, and Iโm looking for the right person to join me as a Part-Time Real Estate Assistant!
Iโm looking for someone who is organized, dependable, outgoing, able to work independently, and doesnโt mind being on the go. This definitely wonโt be a position where you sit behind a desk all day!
โจ THE DETAILS
โข Approximately 10โ20 hours per week to start
โข $15โ$20/hour, depending on experience
โข Flexible daytime/school-hours schedule
โข Real estate license preferred, but not required
โข Primarily serving the Odessa/Midland area
โข Potential for the position and hours to grow
๐ก WHAT YOUโLL BE HELPING WITH
This role will be a mix of real estate, marketing, client care, and good old-fashioned โhelp me get this done!โ
Some responsibilities may include:
โข Placing and maintaining yard signs
โข Installing and removing lockboxes
โข Preparing and delivering client gifts
โข Helping prepare for open houses
โข Assisting with marketing projects and materials
โข Running business-related errands
โข Meeting vendors at properties
โข Assisting with listing and client needs
โข Helping keep projects organized and moving
โข And probably a little bit of everything in between!
๐ A FEW MUST-HAVES
โข Reliable transportation
โข Valid driverโs license
โข Current automobile liability insurance
โข Ability to drive throughout the Odessa/Midland area as needed
โข Ability to lift, carry, place, and remove yard signs and other real estate/marketing supplies
โข Comfortable working independently and communicating with clients, vendors, and other professionals
โข Dependable, trustworthy, resourceful, and willing to jump in and get things done

I completely understand the need to work around school drop-off, pick-up, programs, and everything else that comes with raising kiddos. Most of these hours can be worked during the school day, making this a great opportunity for someone who wants meaningful part-time work while still having flexibility for their family.

Real estate experience is a plus, but it isnโt a dealbreaker. I can teach real estate. Iโm looking for the right person, work ethic, personality, and attitude.
