Justice was served today… and State Farm was once again held accountable!

The Odessa jury awarded full contractual damages… We will pick a new jury and start the bad faith portion of the case in a couple of months.

State Farm filed a motion to sever and abate the bad faith claims on the eve of trial…..

So now we will do the Texas Two-Step…
