I often get asked what I do for a living. Am I a designer? Am I a realtor? Am I an investor? Am I a developer? So today I just want to explain a little bit about myself. I haven’t shown my face here much and I haven’t even shown much of my work now that I think about it. That’s about to change. I am going to share a lot more with you guys, and I also want to share more content about how to flip your own home and how to work with contractors and how to pick the right design and materials. Follow along to learn more if this is something that you have interest in. And I’d love to get to know you as well so please comment leave any feedback ask any questions and I will definitely do my best to answer them.

Take a look at these transformation photos of one of my favorite projects. You can see the afters compared to the before.

I love a good challenge.

Goal: keep budget down.
Prep for the market but don’t do a complete remodel.

Result:
We kept the cabin charm, lightened it with soft paint, flooring throughout, bathe refreshes, made targeted updates, and elevated everything with high-end staging. .paper.scissors

Now it feels intentional, fresh, and move-in ready.
