Model Home DEAL SEALED for another set of THREE-PEAT CLIENT CHAMPIONS in Oceanside, CA!

One of Oceanside's newest communities - Strand at Melrose... it boiled down to the 'right place, right time' with the limited inventory they had left. Originally the Builders were NOT accepting contingent offers (Buyers needing to sell their current home in order to buy - our situation) but we managed to work around it and was able to lock in the perfect model home for our clients. With a few minor hiccups we were still able to sell their home on time right before closing on this brand-new beauty. Congratulations to the Infante family and Welcome (back) Home! Forever grateful for your continued trust in our team, fam. Now I have a place to swing by for dinner after Basketball in Oceanside HAHA.

... And that's a wrap. Deal Sealed for our Sellers in OC!!

Job Relocation and Upgrade to a bigger home for a growing family were the main motivating factors on this sale. This one had a few hurdles we had to jump through during a bi-polar market but we did it. Had a tight time frame to work with due to the job relocation but we managed to pull this one off after many open houses and showings... ultimately finding the perfect buyers for our Sellers. Had to bust out the big guns for this one - St. Joseph Statue (s/o to St. Joseph) . Despite the hurdles, we still got what my Sellers were asking for in pricing AND Closed on time for them to be able to move into their brand new home in San Diego. A BIG THANK YOU to the Infante family for continuing to trust in our team as repeat clients. No. 2 in the books. Congratulations and here's to new beginnings!

DEAL SEALED for our Sellers in Escondido, CA!

This La Chateau Heritage home sold after just 11 Days on the market. Sellers were in a time crunch and wanted to sell AS-IS (home needed TLC). Our team came in to help with guidance and important items to address to help maximize the value of their home while being able to still sell AS-IS.
