Jenny has been with HFFR for six years, starting with no prior background in law and learning the practice from the ground up. Through hard work and dedication, she has grown tremendously and is now an important part of our personal injury practice. 📚⚖️
As part of attorney Jonathan Franco’s team, Jenny works alongside paralegal Katelyn Warosh handling personal injury claims from the beginning of a case through settlement and litigation. Jenny’s primary role is handling the pre-litigation side of our cases, including communicating with clients, coordinating medical treatment, handling insurance claims and property damage, gathering medical records and bills, addressing liens, preparing medical summaries and settlement demands, and assisting with case evaluation. She also assists with litigation and discovery when needed.
❤️ One of Jenny’s greatest strengths is the way she works with clients. She has an exceptional ability to talk people through difficult situations, show genuine empathy, and help them navigate what can be some of the most challenging times in their lives.
🙌 Jenny is also someone who is always willing to help wherever needed, takes on additional responsibilities, works hard, and brings a great attitude to the office every day.
