Spent several days last week in Wilmington at the NC REALTORS® Convention! 🏡💙

Several days of learning, connecting with fellow REALTORS®, catching up with friends, and bringing home fresh ideas to better serve our clients!

Always a great experience, and even better when it’s practically in our own backyard! 🌊

🏡 SOLD in Calabash Lakes! ❤️

Some closings are extra special!

I’ve known this sweet seller for almost 20 years, and when she reached out to me to help sell her house, I was truly honored. ❤️

One of my favorite things about real estate is the relationships built along the way. Having someone I’ve known for so long put their trust in me to help with such an important decision means more than they know.

Thank you for allowing me to be part of this next chapter! Wishing you all the best in what’s ahead! 🏡💕

The season may change, but the coastal lifestyle doesn’t.

Those warm days that linger into early fall are some of our favorites. The beach is a little quieter, evenings by the water feel a little slower, and there’s still plenty of time to enjoy everything we love about living along the Brunswick County coast.

Around here, we call it local summer, and it’s one more reason we love calling this place home.

I had the chance to check out the opening of Tuscan Sunset Restaurant & Lounge, and the food was absolutely amazing! From the delicious Italian dishes to the warm, friendly staff, they’ve created such a welcoming atmosphere.

I always love seeing new businesses open in our area, especially when there’s great food involved. ❤️🍝

Be sure to stop in, welcome them to the community, and come hungry-you’re going to want to try everything!
