Didn’t even last a week on the market ✅👏! I have been touching base 📲 and checking in ✉️ with this seller for 2 years now. Originally he wanted to move to Atlanta, then maybe an apartment in Salisbury, during C0vid it turned into “no way am I selling any time soon.” & finally this October, he knew what he wanted to do! The market had shifted and he asked me what to expect closing time wise, as he had his eyes set on a few properties over the bridge 🏡👀. I told him I didn’t have a magic ball 🔮 but ideally with correct pricing 💰, great pictures 📷, active advertisement , and the overall great condition of his home 🏡 this property should sell in a few weeks or less. If it sits for more than 60 days I’m not doing my job right❌.
