As a Team Leader and full time Real Estate Profesional, I can't stress this below info enough!!
In today’s competitive real estate market, the difference between a good agent and a great one often comes down to a single commitment: the pursuit of excellence. As a full time REALTOR, striving for excellence isn’t just a professional philosophy—it’s a daily practice that fuels growth, strengthens relationships, and ensures that every client receives the highest level of service possible by me and my team members.
If I am not versed and knowledgeable in whats going on in Todays Real Estate Market, why would anyone want to hire me? If I don't treat my clients and others with respect plus give them my best at all times, why would anyone want to work with me? Everyone makes a mistake now and then... we are all human, but if the mistakes keep happening over and over, why hire me? I ask myself these and other questions all the time just to make sure I never fall into a state of complacency. Most of the questions like these that I ask myself come from the subpar service I see agents giving clients all the time. It's a shame. You deserve better. Well, here is better!! Don't settle for less than you deserve and you deserve the best.

Today’s Real Estate 🏡 market isn’t the same as it was over the last few years. Yup… 👍 You read that right. You actually need an agent who knows what they are doing if you want to be successful. Your aunts, sisters, 3rd cousin who has a license isn’t going to cut it!! Don’t leave the fate of the most important transaction you’ll ever have in your life to chance. Hire a true knowledgeable professional to work for you. I promise, you will be glad you did.
The amount of un-knowledgeable and unprofessional agents out there is concerning to say the least Out of the 4 deals I did just last month, only 1 went smoothly. I got them all to settlement, because that’s my job to do for my client. The one that went smoothly had another good agent on the other side and everyone was happy in the end. The other 3 all settled and my client was happy at the end. I can’t say as much for the clients in the other sides of those deals. They had a very rough go (sub par negotiating, missing contingency time frames, poor communication, forgetfulness, etc…).
You deserve better!! Don’t settle for less.

Wow!!!! This is absolutely insane. I know I was young when I bought my first home 🏠 (I was 22). But still….. 40 is crazy to buy your first home.
Maybe income levels need to go up so people could afford houses 🏘️ cars 🚘 and everything else. I know people are waiting for the prices of houses to come down A LOT… That isn’t going to happen. Nothing will come down A LOT. Once they have you acustome to paying more for everything, why would they lower it???
