As a REALTOR, I recently learned more about Maryland’s Safe at Home Address Confidentiality Program. This important program helps survivors of domestic violence, stalking, sexual assault, human trafficking, harassment, and other threatened individuals keep their residential address out of public records.

Qualified participants receive a legal substitute address that can be used when purchasing real estate, obtaining a driver’s license, registering to vote, enrolling in school, and accessing other services. The program also provides confidential mail forwarding.

One very important real estate takeaway: Anyone who may qualify should apply and be accepted into the program before purchasing a property or disclosing their new address.

✈️ Final Day Today — Ocean City Air Show

Today is the last day of the Ocean City Air Show, so if you haven’t made it down yet, this is your final chance to catch the action over the beach.

Grab your beach chair, pack some water, bring sunscreen, and give yourself extra time for traffic and parking. Ocean City will be busy, but that’s part of the fun on a big summer weekend like this.

Whether you’re watching from the sand, the Boardwalk, a balcony, or out on the water, it should be a great day to look up and enjoy the show.

The jets are fast — don’t wait until the last minute to find a parking spot. 😄

✈️ Today’s the Day — Ocean City Air Show Day 1!

The Ocean City Air Show kicks off today, and Ocean City is going to be packed with beach chairs, umbrellas, families, and plenty of eyes on the sky.

If you’re heading downtown or anywhere near the beach, plan ahead:

✅ Arrive early
✅ Bring water and sunscreen
✅ Have a parking plan
✅ Expect extra traffic
✅ Keep an eye on the official schedule and weather updates

Tonight, the Army West Point Helicopter Team Meet & Greet is scheduled at the Cambria Hotel from 5:00–7:00 PM, so that’s another fun stop if you’re in town.

Enjoy the show, be patient getting around, and don’t forget to look up — that’s where all the good stuff is happening. 😄

✈️ This Weekend in Ocean City — OC Air Show Weekend is Here!

Big weekend ahead in Ocean City! The OC Air Show takes place Saturday and Sunday, June 13–14, and town is going to be buzzing.

If you’re heading down to the beach or Boardwalk, plan ahead:

✅ Arrive early
✅ Expect extra traffic
✅ Have a parking plan
✅ Bring sunscreen, water, and beach chairs
✅ Keep an eye on the sky

And while you’re on the Boardwalk, make sure you stop by Franco’s Pizza and grab a slice. Air Show weekend, beach views, jets overhead, and Boardwalk pizza — that’s a pretty solid Ocean City day.

There’s also a Meet & Greet with the Army West Point Helicopter Team on Saturday from 5:00–7:00 PM at the Cambria Hotel Ocean City Bayfront, open to all ages with no reservations needed.

Enjoy the show, support local businesses, and give yourself a little extra time getting around town. The jets are fast — Coastal Highway probably won’t be. 😄
