We believe that low mortgage rates combined with low property values will ultimately lead to strong metered appreciation in the near future. We do NOT buy and sell properties on a commission basis. We find answers to problems. whenever we put a family in a home, we help rebuild a neighborhood. Unlike banks that let vacant property sit idle and rot, our houses become homes in weeks rather than years. At CFBG we can also assist under water homeowners reduce the note on their property, saving them thousands of dollars while rebuilding damaged credit. Not only can they stay in the home, but there are no tax consequences. How do we do all this? Private investors. Our investors typically earn upwards of 8-10% on secured performing assets. Our investors normally take first position at no more than 65-70% LTV. Properties are fully insured, paperwork can be completed by their attorneys, and returns are often tax deferred or tax free.

Hello everyone.It has been awhile since I last posted here. Dont worry, you havent missed much on the rehab of the house, opportunity knocked and I took it. For the past 7 months I have been working 6-7 days a week preparing a sales and marketing program at Stonegate in Lecanto Florida.
