MCBA members, Marion County lawyers and judges, and other legal professionals: Save the date! April 5, 2024 is the Fifth Circuit's 2024 Professionalism Conference. Registration is open.
The 2024 conference will focus on the “First Principles of Professionalism”. Judges from the Fifth and Eleventh Circuit, the Fourth District Court of Appeals, the Florida Bar President, and a Former Justice of the Florida Supreme Court will speak on topics designed to help legal professionals navigate professionalism issues and the impact of artificial intelligence on the legal profession.
CLE credits are available and have been approved: General 5.0 hours, Professionalism 3.0 hours, and Technology 1.5 hours.

The Honorable Nushin Sayfie, Chief Judge of the Eleventh Circuit will be one of the speakers at the 2024 Professionalism Conference.
Judge Sayfie will touch on the topic of- Professionalism and Uncivil Behavior.
