Selling this home was more than just a sale, it was a story, a journey of resilience and tenacity.. I cannot even begin to unfold. There was the last-minute decline from a previous buyer a year ago, and two years prior a company tried to tie up the property to separate the seller and me. Can we call it a miracle, or can we call it timing? I give it to God, closing this chapter for my seller brought resolution and peace. I'm grateful for more than a SOLD sign, a refound strength since we reached the finish line thanks to the team effort for everyone involved, I couldn't have managed it alone.
