Our Law Firm is hiring!! McGraw, Rauba, & Mutarelli PA is looking for a legal assistant to assist with our estate planning, probate, and guardianship matters. Knowledge of working in a law firm is preferred as well as document drafting. Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and pass a background check. Our law firm is hiring! We are looking to fill two full-time positions: a receptionist and litigation assistant/ paralegal.

For the litigation assistant/paralegal, the practice area is predominately business litigation and construction litigation with some real property litigation and corporate work.

For the receptionist, we are seeking someone who is energetic and able to work efficiently and accurately, without much supervision, and who would also be willing to take on tasks presented to them by attorneys and other assistants.

Today, Partner Samantha Shealy Rauba gave a Zoom presentation to the agents of Keller Williams Elite Partners in Clermont. She is frequently asked to give this lecture and has presented to agents, title companies, and other real estate professionals throughout Central Florida. Our firm is excited to be able to continue educating on this platform.

Meet our Attorney Monday: Richard Mutarelli

Mr. Mutarelli was born and raised in Ocala. He attended Florida Coastal School of Law from 2012 to 2014. He has been practicing for 5 years, and came to the firm in 2016. Mr. Mutarelli practices Real Property Litigation, Residential Transactions, and Civil Litigation. He just recently became a partner at the firm!

A few fun facts about Mr. Mutarelli: He is a 5th generation Floridian, his grandfather was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1949, he has 2 rescued greyhounds, and he is aspiring to be a professional fisherman and pitmaster!
