I provide a service that allows busy real estate agents to offload all of the aspects of their job that don't involve sales or marketing. These tasks include (but are not limited to:
- Adhering to compliance regulations
- Communication between the various parties involved in the contract-to-close process
- Maintaining communications logs
- Maintaining copies of the documents involved
- Procuring signatures according to agreed upon schedules (and making adjustments when necessary)
- Periodically keeping my client (the agent) apprised of the milestones during the process
