Hi everyone,
There are credible reports that ICE agents will be present in the Bay Area starting tomorrow, Thursday October 23. I know that this is a dificult and scary time, and I want to offer whatever help I can.
I am going to start doing regular weekly lives on YouTube to answer questions and provide information. I will be doing the first live tomorrow, Thursday, October 23, 2025 from 1-2 pm. I will be prepared to discuss updates and changes to immigration law and also be available to answer any questions that people put into the chat.
I will specifically address questions around what do to if someone is detained by ICE, what things to consider once detained, and how to try and get out of detention. I will also be able to discuss changes to the law such as the new asylum fee, the requirement that lawful permanent residents carry their proof of status, and other developments.
